Being people’s people, the members of the Customer Engagement Team turn leads into customers, and turn customers into brand evangelists. The team is quick to identify market opportunities and works alongside the Hotel Acquisition and Product Development teams to make them a reality.
- Great written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic required)
- Quick-witted, able to swiftly formulate solutions to customer problems
- Comfortable interacting with casual and high net-worth individuals alike
- Able to work within a shift-based arrangement (nightshifts and weekends included)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing job role is a plus
